I am a Staff Computer Vision and Robotics Engineer at Deltia GmbH, a venture-backed Berlin startup founded within the Merantix ecosystem.
I build Vision-Language Models for manufacturing. My work enables insights through temporal action segmentation and uses these models in robotic learning to automate assembly tasks.
I did my Ph.D. at TU Darmstadt under Stefan Roth in the Visual Inference Group. During that time I worked at Volkswagen Group Research and CARIAD SE, building the decision-making and planning system for automated driving. My research unified prediction and planning to enable humanlike, assertive driving in interactive environments.
I am passionate about AI systems that work under real-world conditions.
